About AP EAPCET
AP EAPCET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy Common Entrance Test) is a state-level entrance exam conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK) on behalf of APSCHE for admission to undergraduate courses in Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy in Andhra Pradesh. The exam serves as the main gateway for admission to professional courses in government and private colleges across the state.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Minimum 17 years by December 31, 2026 Educational Qualification: Passed or appearing in Class 12 (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology for Engineering/Agriculture/Pharmacy courses Minimum Marks: 45% aggregate in PCM/PCB for General category, 40% for SC/ST Nationality: Indian Nationals, Andhra Pradesh Domicile required for state quota
Exam Pattern
Mode: Online (Computer-Based Test) Duration: 3 hours Subjects: Physics – 40 questions Chemistry – 40 questions Mathematics – 80 questions (for Engineering) Biology – 80 questions (for Agriculture/Pharmacy) Marking Scheme: +1 for correct, 0 for incorrect/unattempted Total Marks: 160 (Engineering), 160 (Agriculture/Pharmacy)
