About PGIMER Paramedical Entrance
PGIMER Paramedical Entrance is a national-level computer-based entrance exam conducted by the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh for admission to B.Sc. Paramedical courses. The exam offers admission to courses such as Medical Laboratory Technology, Radiography, Perfusion Technology, Optometry, and other allied health programs. It is one of the premier paramedical entrance exams in India.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Minimum 17 years by December 31, 2026 Educational Qualification: Passed or appearing in Class 12 (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English Minimum Marks: 50% for General/EWS, 40% for SC/ST/OBC, 45% for PwD candidates Nationality: Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs, and Foreign Nationals

Mode: Online (Computer-Based Test) Questions: 100 Multiple Choice Questions Subjects: Physics (30), Chemistry (30), Biology (30), General Aptitude & GK (10) Duration: 2 hours Marking Scheme: +1 for correct, -0.33 for incorrect, 0 for unattempted Total Marks: 100
